In this training, you’ll learn how to use Recram Forms and the Magnet module to create a multilingual video welcome experience on your website. The goal is to capture your visitors’ attention within the first few seconds, greet them in their own language, increase engagement, and support potential customer conversion.

Scenario & Flow

1. A visitor lands on your website.
2. A small video bubble (Magnet) appears in the bottom right or left corner of the screen.
3. When the visitor clicks the bubble, a welcome video window opens.
4. A representative (or AI-powered avatar) delivers a short welcome message.
5. Below the video, there are multiple choice buttons, each representing a different language version of the same welcome message.
6. When the visitor selects a language, the video in the selected language starts playing.
7. At the end of the video (or during), a “Contact via WhatsApp” button appears.
8. This button uses Recram Forms’ redirect feature to take the user directly to a WhatsApp chat.
