Last updated: March 25, 2026RecRam wants you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work, what is eligible, and how to request one. All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
1. Merchant of Record
All RecRam subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles billing, sales tax, VAT, and refund processing on behalf of RecRam. When you subscribe to RecRam, your payment relationship is with Paddle, and all refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date your paid subscription begins. If you are not satisfied with RecRam for any reason within this 14-day window, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to:
- Starter plan ($29/month) — monthly subscriptions
- Professional plan ($99/month) — monthly subscriptions
- Annual plans — full refund if requested within 14 days of the annual billing date
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team:

Please include the following information in your request:
- Your account email address
- Paddle transaction ID or invoice number (found in your Paddle receipt email)
- Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, initiate the refund through Paddle within 2 business days of receiving your request.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution. Paddle will send you a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- AI Credit Packs: One-time purchases of additional AI analysis credits are non-refundable once purchased, as credits are consumed immediately upon use and cannot be reversed.
- Partial months after the 14-day guarantee period: If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day money-back window, you will retain access to RecRam for the remainder of your current billing period, but no partial refund will be issued.
- Promotional or discounted plans: Subscriptions purchased at a promotional or discounted rate are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
6. Prorated Refunds for Annual Plans
If you are on an annual plan and request a refund after the initial 14-day guarantee period, we may issue a prorated refund at our discretion, calculated based on the number of full unused months remaining in your billing cycle. Any prorated refund will be processed through Paddle.
7. Free Trial
RecRam offers a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, no payment is collected and no charge is made. Since there is no charge during the trial, no refund is necessary. If you do not wish to continue after the trial, simply cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us at support@recram.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may result in suspension of your RecRam account. We are committed to resolving any billing issues quickly and fairly.
9. Changes to This Policy
RecRam reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
