Choose the right distribution method

  • Direct Link: Fastest for one-to-one or campaign sharing.
  • Embed: Best when the form should live inside your website experience.
  • QR Code: Useful for events, in-person touchpoints, and printed materials.
  • Email or Slack: Best for existing internal or customer communication workflows.

Step-by-step publishing workflow

  1. Open the Share options. Pick the channel based on audience context.
  2. Validate the link flow. Open in a private window and test one full submission.
  3. If embedding, copy the embed code. Place it on a test page first, then move to production.
  4. If using QR, test on mobile. Confirm scan-to-open and submission flow.
  5. Use clear CTA text. State what the user should do and how long it takes.
