No. Tally offers unlimited forms and submissions free within its fair-use guidelines; RecRam has no free plan. You get a 28-day free trial with no credit card, then Starter at $29/mo ($26 billed yearly), the same monthly price as Tally Pro. For text-only forms on a budget, Tally is the better deal.
Can Tally collect video or voice answers?
Respondents can upload video and audio files through Tally's File Upload block (10 MB per file on the free plan, unlimited on Pro), but recording inside the form isn't listed on its features page.
