[New Product] Recram Room Launched: Your Asynchronous Communication & Management Hub

Room Update

We are excited to announce the initial release of Room, the core asynchronous communication and support management tool within the Recram ecosystem. This product is designed to manage customer requests, form responses, and outbound communication processes seamlessly through rich media formats (video, audio, screen recording) all from a single dashboard.

Key Features & Functionalities:

  • Integrated Media Recording Infrastructure: A native, browser-based recording engine has been added, eliminating the need for external plugins. Users can instantly capture Video, Audio, Screen Recordings, upload Files, or send standard Text messages.
  • Form Response Management: All user feedback and responses collected via Recram Forms are now directly integrated into the Room interface. You can instantly reply to incoming form submissions with video, audio, or text.
  • Contact Management & Proactive Communication:
    • Added the ability to manually add new “Contacts” to the system.
    • Direct emails can be sent to these contacts through the platform.
    • Going beyond traditional text emails, direct video or audio responses/campaigns can be delivered to contacts.
  • Advanced Inbox Architecture:
    • A tabbed structure has been implemented in the left panel for Messages, Contacts, and Brand Mail.
    • Ticket management is streamlined with “Show unread only” filtering and “Show Advanced Filters” options.
  • Customer Viewing Portal (View History): An isolated customer interface has been created where customers can watch the sent videos and reply using the same asynchronous tools (video, microphone, text). Access to the customer’s previous communication records has been provided via the “View History” button.
