Recram Magnet Revamped: Advanced Customization, Triggers, and Deep Analytics

We have rolled out a massive update to Magnet, our embeddable smart video widget. This release brings a completely overhauled settings interface, granting you unparalleled control over how your widget looks, behaves, and tracks user interactions on your website. Magnet is now more stable, highly customizable, and deeply integrated with your analytics stack.

What’s New & Improved:

• Deep Analytics & Event Tracking Integration: * You can now natively add your GTM (Google Tag Manager) Container ID and GA4 Measurement ID directly within the Magnet settings.
  • Granular Event Tracking: The system automatically pushes key interaction events to your analytics tools, including: Widget Opened/Closed, Video Play Started, Video Progress (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%), Form Submitted, and CTA Clicked.

• Advanced Greeting Bubble Customization: * The Greeting Bubble has been decoupled and made highly customizable alongside your core video bundle.
  • You can now precisely control its position (Auto, Side, Above), timing (Show After X seconds), background/text colors, and border width to perfectly match your brand’s UI.

• Comprehensive Style & Shadow Adjustments: * Complete control over the widget’s physical appearance on your site. Choose widget shapes (circle, rounded, square), sizes, and precise border colors.
  • Added Shadow controls (None, Soft, Medium, Strong) to give your widget the perfect depth against your website’s background.

• Rich Open/Close Animations: * We’ve introduced a dedicated Animation suite for both the Greeting Bubble and the main Modal.
  • Greeting Bubble Animations: Choose entrance effects like Fade, Scale, Bounce, or Genie.
  • Modal Animations: Control exactly how the expanded video modal appears and disappears with Bounce, Slide, Fade, Zoom, and Shrink effects. You can even adjust the overall animation speed (Slow, Normal, Fast).

• Smart Behavioral Triggers: * Scroll Trigger: Automatically engage visitors by setting the widget to launch when they scroll to a specific depth on your page.
  • Exit Intent: Capture abandoning visitors by triggering the Magnet just as they are about to leave your site.

• Enhanced Stability: Under-the-hood architecture improvements ensure the Magnet widget loads faster and performs more reliably across all devices (Mobile, Tablet, Desktop) without impacting your site’s core web vitals.
